Songbidhan is an AI-powered legal information service. It is designed for educational purposes only — it is not legal advice. The platform helps users understand Bangladesh's Constitution and laws in plain language. For decisions that affect your rights, property, family, or freedom, always consult a qualified lawyer.
We strive to provide accurate information drawn from official legal texts. However, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or misstate a nuance. Songbidhan does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided. For anything important, always verify against official legal documents.
This service must not be used for illegal activities. Automated or bot-driven requests may be limited. A rate limit of 20 questions per hour applies to ensure fair access for all users.
Songbidhan and its operators are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this service. This service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of Songbidhan after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

সংবিধান একটি AI-চালিত আইনি তথ্য সেবা। এটি শুধুমাত্র শিক্ষামূলক উদ্দেশ্যে — আইনি পরামর্শ নয়। এই প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারকারীদের বাংলাদেশের সংবিধান ও আইন সহজ ভাষায় বুঝতে সাহায্য করে। আপনার অধিকার, সম্পত্তি, পরিবার বা স্বাধীনতা সম্পর্কিত সিদ্ধান্তের জন্য সর্বদা একজন যোগ্য আইনজীবীর পরামর্শ নিন।
আমরা সরকারি আইনি দলিল থেকে সঠিক তথ্য প্রদানের চেষ্টা করি। তবে AI-উৎপন্ন উত্তরে মাঝে মাঝে ভুল, অসম্পূর্ণতা বা সূক্ষ্মতার অভাব থাকতে পারে। সংবিধান কোনো তথ্যের নির্ভুলতা বা সম্পূর্ণতার গ্যারান্টি দেয় না। গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়ে সর্বদা মূল আইনি দলিল যাচাই করুন।
এই সেবা অবৈধ কার্যকলাপের জন্য ব্যবহার করা যাবে না। স্বয়ংক্রিয় বা বট-চালিত অনুরোধ সীমাবদ্ধ করা হতে পারে। সবার জন্য ন্যায্য অ্যাক্সেস নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতি ঘণ্টায় সর্বোচ্চ ২০টি প্রশ্নের সীমা রয়েছে।
সংবিধান বা এর পরিচালকগণ এই সেবা ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো প্রত্যক্ষ বা পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়। এই সেবা কোনো প্রকারের ওয়ারেন্টি ছাড়া "যেমন আছে" ভিত্তিতে প্রদান করা হয়।
আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। পরিবর্তন এই পৃষ্ঠায় প্রকাশ করা হবে। পরিবর্তন প্রকাশের পর সংবিধান ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখা মানে আপডেট করা শর্তাবলীতে সম্মতি।
