Data Collection
Nothing personal. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or any other identifiable information. There is no analytics tracking, no cookies for advertising, and no third-party data sharing.
Data Storage
If you use Songbidhan without an account, chat history is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage and never reaches our servers — clear your browser data or switch devices and the history is gone. For signed-in users, conversations are stored on our servers to sync across your devices. After you delete a chat or your account, we retain that data for up to 12 months for safety, abuse investigation, service improvement, and legal compliance, after which it is permanently deleted. You may request immediate erasure at privacy@songbidhan.org.
AI Processing
When you ask a question, it is sent to our AI service to generate a response. We do not share your conversations with third parties for advertising, and we do not provide your conversations to model providers for training.
Third Parties
Songbidhan uses Vercel for hosting and Anthropic's Claude API for AI responses. Both services process data transiently and do not retain user queries. We do not use any advertising networks, social media trackers, or data brokers.
Changes
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update this page. Our commitment to not collecting personal data is fundamental to Songbidhan and will not change.

কোনো ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য নয়। আমরা নাম, ইমেইল, ফোন নম্বর, আইপি অ্যাড্রেস বা অন্য কোনো শনাক্তযোগ্য তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না। কোনো অ্যানালিটিক্স ট্র্যাকিং, বিজ্ঞাপনের কুকি বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে ডেটা শেয়ারিং নেই।
তথ্য সংরক্ষণ
অ্যাকাউন্ট ছাড়া সংবিধান ব্যবহার করলে চ্যাট ইতিহাস শুধুমাত্র আপনার ব্রাউজারের লোকাল স্টোরেজে সংরক্ষিত হয় এবং তা কখনো আমাদের সার্ভারে পৌঁছায় না। সাইন-ইন করা ব্যবহারকারীদের কথোপকথন বিভিন্ন ডিভাইসে সিঙ্ক করার জন্য আমাদের সার্ভারে সংরক্ষিত হয়। আপনি কোনো চ্যাট বা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছে ফেলার পর, আমরা সেই তথ্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২ মাস পর্যন্ত নিরাপত্তা, অপব্যবহার তদন্ত, সেবার উন্নয়ন এবং আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতার জন্য সংরক্ষণ করি, এরপর তা স্থায়ীভাবে মুছে ফেলা হয়। তাৎক্ষণিক মুছে ফেলার অনুরোধ করতে privacy@songbidhan.org-এ যোগাযোগ করুন।
AI প্রক্রিয়াকরণ
আপনি প্রশ্ন করলে তা উত্তর তৈরির জন্য আমাদের AI সেবায় পাঠানো হয়। আমরা বিজ্ঞাপনের উদ্দেশ্যে তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে আপনার কথোপকথন শেয়ার করি না এবং কোনো মডেল ট্রেনিংয়ের জন্য মডেল প্রদানকারীকে সরবরাহ করি না।
তৃতীয় পক্ষ
সংবিধান হোস্টিংয়ের জন্য Vercel এবং AI উত্তরের জন্য Anthropic-এর Claude API ব্যবহার করে। উভয় সেবা ক্ষণস্থায়ীভাবে ডেটা প্রক্রিয়া করে এবং ব্যবহারকারীর প্রশ্ন সংরক্ষণ করে না।
