Data Collection
Nothing personal. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, or any other identifiable information. There is no analytics tracking, no cookies for advertising, and no third-party data sharing.
Data Storage
Chat history is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage. We have no access to it. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, your history is gone — because it was never on our servers.
AI Processing
When you ask a question, it is sent to our AI service for processing and immediately discarded after the response is generated. We do not log, store, or use your questions to train any models. Each conversation is ephemeral.
Third Parties
Songbidhan uses Vercel for hosting and Anthropic's Claude API for AI responses. Both services process data transiently and do not retain user queries. We do not use any advertising networks, social media trackers, or data brokers.
Changes
If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update this page. Our commitment to not collecting personal data is fundamental to Songbidhan and will not change.

কোনো ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য নয়। আমরা নাম, ইমেইল, ফোন নম্বর, আইপি অ্যাড্রেস বা অন্য কোনো শনাক্তযোগ্য তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি না। কোনো অ্যানালিটিক্স ট্র্যাকিং, বিজ্ঞাপনের কুকি বা তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে ডেটা শেয়ারিং নেই।
তথ্য সংরক্ষণ
চ্যাট ইতিহাস শুধুমাত্র আপনার ব্রাউজারের লোকাল স্টোরেজে সংরক্ষিত হয়। আমাদের কোনো অ্যাক্সেস নেই। ব্রাউজার ডেটা মুছলে বা ডিভাইস পরিবর্তন করলে আপনার ইতিহাস মুছে যায় — কারণ এটি কখনো আমাদের সার্ভারে ছিল না।
AI প্রক্রিয়াকরণ
আপনি প্রশ্ন করলে তা প্রক্রিয়াকরণের জন্য আমাদের AI সেবায় পাঠানো হয় এবং উত্তর তৈরির পর সাথে সাথে মুছে ফেলা হয়। আমরা আপনার প্রশ্ন লগ, সংরক্ষণ বা কোনো মডেল ট্রেনিংয়ে ব্যবহার করি না।
তৃতীয় পক্ষ
সংবিধান হোস্টিংয়ের জন্য Vercel এবং AI উত্তরের জন্য Anthropic-এর Claude API ব্যবহার করে। উভয় সেবা ক্ষণস্থায়ীভাবে ডেটা প্রক্রিয়া করে এবং ব্যবহারকারীর প্রশ্ন সংরক্ষণ করে না।
